Defending 3 bases from drop/pushes using Roach Hydra Infestor while doing small harassment, then teching to Broodlord and destroying the Tank/bio before they can react. Looks like a viable strategy, at least. Letting your third die to drops because you don't have enough of anything to take out the army at your front door isn't really "dealing with drops". Strat is anything but viable, just a gimicky stupid thing used to throw off SuperNova. Didn't work very well.

Roaches vs marines without tanks and even upgrades are actually quite good. If you tossed in fungals ontop of them that would be an extremely cost effective fight for the zerg. Also don't forget that upgraded hydras outrange MM

If supernova had scouted / expected the hive/spire, he could have pulled back and gotten vikings, and then game over. Yeah, but that's the point. You don't expect someone to go from Roach/Hydra into Infestor into drops into Broodlord. It's good at catching someone off guard, while having a gameplan so you aren't just going with the flow.

They really aren't entertaining at all which is what makes sc2 fun to watch. The casters bring a lot to watching live matches. They hardly ever make jokes either, and when tehy do they are matter of fact or just not funny at all. Can't ask tastosis to cast every game, but anytime they aren't casting it's a huge bummer... nobody comes close Wolf (solo or in combo) is miles ahead of khaldor/moletrap. I just don't like khaldor or moletrap at all though, no matter with whom they're paired.

.....1 why are hydras aweful vs terran when they rip through gateway armies like paper Just look to hydras like a stimed marauder : -Around 80hp, around 10 dmg, good ias. Can you beat marines/tank/medivacs with JUST stimed marauders ? -No. So even if you add roaches, hydras are still bad against terran in frontal engagements. (but i feel like it wasnt life's plan)

Wolf and Khaldor is great, Wolf and Moletrap isnt too bad. Khaldor alone is actually quite ok also. But Khaldor and Moletrap is abit of a clash IMO.

All of terrans production would be fukt and his only army left was marines and marauders and they would not be able to beat the broodlords/roaches and hydras combo. Honestly, i like life's creativity and i encourage him to keep thinking up plays like this. I agree he lost about 10 hydras 10 + roaches and some infestors in the nydus He actually had that game if he just would have made that Forward Nydus in time to re-inforce.
