Funny thing is that it is easier to play toss than terran when there is lag (turtle to deathball). Nani lost this because of his really bad decision making. Everyone saw game one, and there was no reason at all to risk proxy in game 2.

Yeah, cause FFs with lag work like pressing T and A moving for terran bio.

Observer + forcefield preemptively? A - moving vs collosus? gl

Just stop posting already, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Yeah, I will. No P will ever admit that their race might be easier to play than other, geezus

Wasn't even referring to that, just the advice about the observer and the forcefields had so little to do with the game in question it's not even funny. I completely agree with the fact that the proxy play was a bad call, but he was probably frustrated and just wanted to get it over with.

Naniwa dont got the mentallity to be a winner. He is so good but if he dotn show it whats the point. So many times he cracks down by small details like in MLG vs Nestea(wrong map) and now lag yea it sucks but geuss what Strelok got lag also and he deals with it while keeping a clear and cool head.

If Naniwa had Stephano killer instinct and winner mentality he would be the greatest protos in the world.

I hope Nani can get a fresh start and show what he can do in the other two games. I still believe!

I wish he would have played safer as well, it seems unnecessary to use a non-safe strategy against an opponent where you probably have the upper hand in a "straight" game.

Anyone knows why there's lag? Bad computers or do the internet in Kiev suck? If it's the internet at least IEM looks slightly better then if it's computer issues..

turtling to deathball includes forcefielding the shit out of incoming aggression... try that with huge lags
you would've had a point if terrans would use siege tanks in PvT... missing to siege in time because of a lag spike is deadly as well.

wouldnt strelok have lag as well, if naniwa has?

Yes, but some people are more affected by it than others. It was clear that Nani was severely affected mentally, and he may also be less used to playing with lag. In either case none of this is Strelok's fault, so gratz to him for taking out nani.

Plus Naniwa has a reputation of being a whiny brat whereas Strelok is a very mannered guy overall.

Naniwa och strelok should play the series again. You can't have a tournament with lag, no chance.

Remember ToD in WC3. He once forfeited because it was too warm.
If the lag is as bad as is seems they shouldn't be forced to play until its fixed.
