Well, it looked kind of like that when he focussed the Broodlords and targeted the Lings while it lagged... Zenio needs to agree though and obviously he won't do that...

What constitutes a forfeit really? A verbal one (unless it is a part of a dialogue where the organizer prompts the player if he really wants to forfeit) seems rather thin when I think about it. A no show is a forfeit, otherwise I think it should be written down... Why?? if the technik isn't working like it should?? How can you deliver a show if the equipment doesn't work? Its like kicking a Formula One driver cause his car didn't start. Do you belive: show > all??

Thanks for this, I was wondering why NightEnD is still online on bnet ^^ I hope for a regame too T.T

And then I tried to raise the question what the rules should be surrounding a forfeit, especially since misunderstanding could arise from ambiguous language. What constitutes "really"?

If you watched the game you could obviously see that Nightend could have won mutilple times if he wasn't afraid of losing everything to lag

Grubby in retrospect it seems could have asked for, and got a regame in his game, instead he lost, and his complaints were reduced in scope to a 'I register my displeasure' kind of statement. Nightend got hamstrung more by that lag spike than Zenio, as the onus is on the Protoss player to target fire and control that composition, more so than the Zerg is. Still don't think a regame is fair on Zenio though.
