Hey everybody!
It is my pleasure to announce that I will be doing a tournament on the NA server of the custom game Star Strikers!
The tournament will be a series of 3v3 matches that follow a double elimination bracket system.
If I get the response I'm hoping for, this could end up HUGE. That means that I will need experienced streamers/casters who know the mod AND basic soccer/football terminology.
The aim of this tournament is to bring together a number of Starcraft 2 communities (Teamliquid, Starcast, Girls of Starcraft, Star Strikers) to compete. It will be occuring at 09:00 GMT (+00:00) nightly the weekend of March 9th-11th to leave plenty of room to practice and organize, but there will be less of a wait before the next one I hope.
There is a $200 prize pool
1st place: $40 each
2nd place: $20 each
3rd place: $6 each

- Name
- Logo: your 300x300 Logo can be submitted later- just email it to me in a message titled "Star Strikers team logo: yourteamname"

There will also be 3 $50 show matches leading up to the big $200 event. This will allow the casters to test the streams, overlays, and other technical elements. The weekend's matches will be announced a few days in advance, and will involve whichever teams are available.
