tbh Kas and Mana played REALLY sloppy vs him

Well, even if they beat him, Stephano's record and achievements still smash there's. They're not in his league. Both great players, but at this point Stephano is a step beyond anyone not still alive in code S.

Stephano is at that level now, you make a mistake, its over, you won't be coming back because he won't return the favor by making mistakes of his own.

He is the best of both world, he plays almost completely error free, while being able to be aggressive because of his supreme unit control and his ability to preserve his lings.

His opponents play sloppy, because they know they need to play near perfect to have a chance.

Exept this cup, tell me when Stephano did play fast Muta on antigua?

Exept this cup, tell me when Stephano did play heavy roach/ling build on 3 bases?

Exept this cup and blizzard cup, tell me when Stephano plaid cheesy rush roach?

They seem to play sloppy because Stephano never play like that, it's unexpected

?? I've always associated stephano's finger being taped down on the R key, especially against Protoss... And this isn't a criticism; he makes it work very well.

Actually, only against protoss, he very rarely goes heavy roaches against terrans (for obvious reasons xD) and in ZvZ he plays all kind of styles w/o preference (lings / blings, mutas, roach / infestor, etc)

But yeah, heavy roaches against protoss is not something Mana should have been surprised with xD

He always used some of these variations sometimes, to diversify his gameplay in order to not be too much predictable. (like all great players do. ). Sometimes it's also situational. (like heavy glings/roach on third)

Anyways Kas not in top shape tbh.

He won't go exclusive roaches vs terran like he does with lings, but he certainly makes roaches against terran.

It could be true but it looks like so much one sided from my point of view. For instance Kas never felt Stepahno was going to go muta whereas he dealyed his 3rd a long time on Antiga, on game 1 his decsion making was pretty questionable aswell: 3 rax push with not enough scvs (only 1 or2 ?) in the really first marines push. Mana seemed to not really play that seriously looking the minichat before the game and was not focused that much :/

To be fair towards Kas and Mana alot of it its mental. They have played Stephano so many times and lost like 99% of them so ofcourse those matches will be in there mind. Its like Goody vs Cloud something just happends mentally.

Btw im kind of sad i missed this any1 got the vods?

That's because the french commentary you are hearing is from one of the older caster out there. He - Llewellys - and YoGo (soon to be a full-time caster if I'm not mistaken) are the solo casters in France and probably in Europe as solo-casting is a much different job than dual-casting. If you want bad french casting, you will be able to listen to the much-dreaded Pomf&Thud (who curiously have a huge fanbase) in the IronSquid tournament.

Mana is 9-8 vs Stephano and Kas 9-13, so doubt its that.

Okay, Stephano is good, but I don't believe he would be able to survive the hell that is Code A, acording to your statement Stephano is better as fOrGG, July, Bomber, LosirA, TheSTC etc. etc.

Again, he is good but he doesn't stand a chance against most of the Code A players.

Which stats are you taking?

Stephano says 44-4 vs Mana and I know Kas havent been able to beat Stephano since summer last year
