You don't just not show up and make someone else wait. Oh man, Guess Stephano can't manage his time properly, but it's okay. Illusion's time is worthless compared to his. Honestly, it's a fucking joke that Stephano didn't get DQ'd. You can be absolutely sure that he didn't because DQ'ing him would cause more shit from the community than making Illusion pissed off waiting god knows how long for his match. Stephano get's DQ'd after not showing up for like an hour and the pitchforks would be out after the ONOG people so fast and we all know it. They'd never be able to run another event again. SO instead, they make Illusion waste his time sitting around because it's less grief for them. What a joke. | ||

We don't really know what was going on behind the scenes. Maybe they granted stephano a food break, but it was longer than they expected. Maybe Stephano was completely unreachable, maybe they just left a single BNet message from a random account which stephano didn't notice or read. We really have no idea. Also I do not understand why they did not just start with Kas vs Catz anyway? They knew Stephano had just finished Scan. Anyway even if it was within their rights to DQ Stephano what would they accomplish? They would likely get a huge outrage, miss out on 1 semi and miss out on a likely Kas vs Stephano finals. I'm sure that they would wait for Illusion too, because why ruin at least 1/3 of the day? And for the people complaining about overlapping tournaments: they did not overlap. Stephano finished scan like 5 min before ONOG started today. And it is pretty common to do multiple tournaments. People watching Dimaga's stream will know how he regularly juggles 3-4 online tournaments. | ||

Illusion should have been informed, but the ONOG thing is basically run by one guy so it's to be expected that some things don't go smoothly at all. | ||
