well some people (me included) believe that he got somewhat lucky last season. I mean just look his results after the Leenock match. Lost in GSTL, cant remember any other worthy performance. I guess he will end up like TOP, but Iam open to get proved wrong. This season is quite exciting with players like Jjakji, Leenock, NesTea and ForGG to prove that they are indeed among the best.

Jjakji was not only playing in the Korean Weekly, he all killed a team in the GSTL.

Unless SC2 players have better music taste than BW players, I don't think that's such a great idea.

I mean i barely mentioned his skill, only that he beat Oz and Leenock, the two star players of FXO. I was mainly cheering for him as an underdog/person worthy of cheering for. His family wasn't incredibly wealthy, but his parents flew down anyway even though he wasn't guaranteed to win. He also came from an underfunded team that was unknown before his tourny run.

edit; there were gstl matches after the gsl finals? i don't recall

I know, as you'll notice if you read my comment i mentioned his team did well in GSTL. I believe him, sage, and seal got all-kills? Maybe Shuttle too, i forget.

he keeps killing my favorite protoss players (puzzle, and oz), good thing yonghwa beat him last night, but we both know that yonghwa will never make code a for some crazy reason.

Jjakji: Took out Leenock (Top 3 ZvT in the world) in a Bo7, shown amazing TvZ play.
GanZi: Shown amazing TvZ play all the time, ever since his GSL debut.
BoxeR: Defeated Sen in the last 2 series (NASL Bo3, TSL3 Bo5) that they played.

Jjakji not only took out Oz and Leenock, but he also eliminated Gumiho from the Round of 16. Essentially Jjakji ruined what could have been an amazing season for FXO. That being said, I did get the impression that Jjakji barely made it through to the championship several times. Jjakji should be able to beat Sen, but I think Ganzi has a better TvT than him, and Boxer's TvT last season was pretty solid.
I just hope Boxer makes it through.

who knows, his ZvT isnt his best matchup, but BoxeR randomly loses to about any player if he doesnt feel like winning, and Jjakji still has to prove to be consistent.

GanZi will most likely roll over him tho.

I guess GanZi will take first, but all those other 3 players all have a chance, with SEn who must give more than 100% of course.
