If you don't know how to post in a live report thread by now, be advised: don't whine about game balance and don't bash players/casters/interviewers/staff/other posters. And don't start the USA USA USA!!! stuff.

For example it would not be allowed in the Pub below the flat, but its totally legal inside the flat. It has to be random, not a regually fixed meeting every week. You cant invite people to your flat, to have a poker tournament with price money. You need to register it at the authorities. Im no lawyer though..

I think you need an official concession to run any sort of gambling if you want it to be open to the public. It is perfectly legal if it is run in a closed group of persons (in private).

I wasn't saying he did badly, what I meant is that very few people knew who he was before the last HSC, and tbh even after it not many people outside of Europe seemed to rate him that well. 6 months later he's won the IPL, impressed the Koreans and been claimed by the Americans. Also didnt Naniwa beat HuK in the winners final and then Huk and MC had to play to determine who would face him again.

The public prosecutor gets to choose what cases to take to court, and nobody is ever going to take someone to court over a minor breach of a law that clearly isn't intended for what you're trying to use it for. Maybe if it were seen as some big problem they'd start doing it or make a point or whatever, but if nobody cares then it's fine.
