I'm pretty sure you can't get a license for a single night, they're handed out at a state level with all kind of requirements (addiction etc). If its the same as in Holland, the law just exists to prevent large illegal gambling operations and playing with friends for a couple of hunderd euros is no biggie at all. | ||

Just because you see it on stream you cant just go there pay money and participate, which would make it illegal | ||
