Fingers crossed the second round of matches is better!
Honestly a large majority of Up/Down players have been pretty weak. I guess the new format is working well enough so far then in weeding out the weak.
And Polt.

Games are fine. You need basic games for amazing games to seem amazing, and not standard.

Lol. Yeah Naniwa has looked great in the GSL thus far...

This is because we are so used to the high-level play from the top Code S players that these games looked very poor. This shows the skill ceiling is higher than what many people think. I was thinking that to myself during the games. "Hey remember when people said starcraft 2 was too easy?". and so many pros are fumbling around doing ridiculous things lately.

To be honest, there's still a lot of bad players that were not eliminated in Code A Ro48 and is still in Code A. I think next season will be a lot better and there won't be players like insert player and people from Code B will have rise up from the top.

Yeah same speed as Zealots maybe every other Ranged unit basically wins a race against hydras off creep. What you talking about.

Well then I don't know why they all look so terrible. Many of these players did very well in the old Up-and-Downs against better competition.

QFT. Naniwa's games were so nail biting it made it seem he could go toe to toe with the top Code S players. These up/downs are just face palm after face palm. I better hop off the Naniwa train now though before it turns into a shitstorm.

not really, you'd think by now in the most prestigious tourney in the world of the highest skill and koreans being the strongest players they wouldn't play like this after a year or so.

Anyways, it seems like the borderline Code S players can look pretty weak compared to the top Code S players.

That game was over when Luvsic's nydus was botched and he didn't decide to take a 4th. He had a good timing and probably would of picked off the twilight council before blink would finish. No collosi were out at that time either. I don't know if luvsic scouted the location where he eventually dropped his nydus, but that was too bad.

they're still bad and the entire point of zerg is to be mobile on and off creep. Hyrdras just arent a good unit with any real defined role.
