And this is why I still don't like this format.

QIM beats Mouz 5-8.

No matter how I look at it, that just reads wrong.

That being said, thanks for hours of entertainment to all involved, looking forward to next year.

No they beat them 10-8, stomping them 5-2 in an earlier round, so of course it's right they get an extra life.

That wasn't even a big gun. That was like a slightly outdated, nicked, second tier gun.

Happy is probably IM's 2nd best player after Mvp right now...with a 90% TvZ ratio :S If he's not a big gun then I don't know who is.

Agreed. Happy is without a doubt IM's 2nd best terran. He's done well in Code S and iirc he put up amazing results in WCG Korea as well.

2nd best player*, being IM's 2nd best terran doesn't mean much.

Uh... are you guys overlooking NesTea? .. Hmm. I do think being labled as IM's 2nd best terran does mean a fair amount considering who he's in company with.

Nah, I'm not overlooking Nestea, he's been pretty ordinary lately. Happy has been performing much better.

Nestea is still Nestea. I mean, he even beat naniwa without a spawning pool.

Well atm Happy is IM (and QIM)'s third best player - Losira just hasn't been delivering the goods lately. Happy has always been crazy overlooked. So maybe not "second tier gun", but yeah they haven't really been trying at all. Why would they need to? They have a monster lineup.

EDIT: Actually, in team leagues, I would argue Happy>Nestea just because his style is so solid and doesn't require nearly as much precision as Nestea's does.

Happy is terrible at TvP and pretty average in TvT, so he's only good in team leagues because he can work as a sniper.

...Actually, QIM "won" 10-10. It's silly how you cite the earlier 5-2 to include QIM's 5 while omitting mouz's 2.

QIM: Mouz:
5 2
0 5
5 3

Simple math.

Mouz is really fucking good. Maybe if they were playing in Korea they would do less well, but they definetly have the talent to compete with the best. Thorzain is a fucking beast.

IM is really so strong they won most of their GSTL matches last season without MVP or Nestea at all, unless the coach is retarded and dosen't even send Yong Hwa, Happy, Losira like against FXO.

This results just show that Mouz is at a foreign team that is at least able to stand up to a korean team in terms of depth and competitiveness.

Even though they got second place, Mouz looked incredibly strong in this team tournament. Those are the guys that impressed me the most. While many other teams had many players to fall back on (especially joint teams like QIM), Mouz showed a very strong sense of unity to have the same five players compete in every round. Because of this tournament and the strong representation each player made, I am now Mouz's newest big fan!

Much <3 to Thorzain, Hasuobs, Mana, Bigs, and Morrow!

Mousesport is really a sick team, morrow mana thorzain and hasuobs all strong players, with a little deeper roster I honestly think they can compete next year GSTL, now that thorzain have been getting back in crazy form. No doubt best foreign team.
