Openers: 3 gate robo expand vs reactor marine plus two more rax expand, not too conventional. Early game: Mana has a robo and doesn't sustain damage, yoda is going bio and getting single upgrades with a not too early starport. Yoda tries to poke but can't cuz of sentries. Midgame: Mana has thermal lance researching at the same time as +1 armor. Yoda overextends and is pushed into his base by a sentry zealot 2 colo ball. He clutch pulls all his scvs and barely pushes back with 4 marauders and two vikings, while mana has two sentries and a colo. Later midgame: It's bio viking vs colo gateway, both double upgraded. Yoda kills mana's third at the cost of a lot of his army. Mana deflects all drops with ease. Mana's storm finishes up, he goes and denies yoda's third, goes to yodas natural and destroys yoda's small army with storms and colossus, and takes the game, all while mitigating drops still. Thoughts: Mana so good at PvT. He can focus when he needs to, and knows how to play protoss pretty solidly. He's always been this way. As for yoda, it just didn't seem as polished. | ||
