Morrow has yet to play this map in the GSL, while SangHo is 2-2 Both sides are 0-1 against their opponent's race, but at the same time both boast at least one impressive win on the map. Morrow beat Idra in the NASL (apparently that was a ZvZ, anyone can confirm that? I thought all his vZs were Terran) while SangHo beat Polt. Anyone's game | ||

You want +air weapons anyway for your vikings to kill colossi, so you'll have some upgrades. Secondly, yamato on colossi makes them die way faster if you can manage it (insane range). Thirdly, and here's the big one: your opponent won't be able to keep using colossi vs. a marauder/BC army, because they're useless vs. the BC's. He'll need to go HT's, which aren't AMAZING vs. marauders (although they are good), and feedback isn't sufficient to beat BC's by itself, you need to mix in either VR's or stalkers. Well, stalkers suck ass vs. marauders and are expensive, so if toss does that he dies. If he goes VR's, add some marines back in and some more vikings, and remember that yamato one shots a VR. Toss likely has no air upgrades so your BC's will reign supreme. It seems like a really awesome transition for the late game after you've established a position as bio, and seems to fix the whole problem of MMMVG not having enough muscle to beat the toss army straight up, because the response toss has to follow through to handle the BC's weakens him significantly vs. the rest of the army. | ||
