Recently people talking about foreigners winning (IPL 3, IEM, MLG Orlando) but after seeing Team Arena I realize how big the gap still is. Slayers Golden and Lots are just B-teamers, yet they have been able to trounce several major foreign teams and big name foreigners. Maybe the top 1% of foreigners can hold against Korea, but the results from Team Arena continue to show that there exists a huge gap

People only see the top Koreans in Code S and how they are better than foreigners. But it is often not realized that Korea has not only quality but quantity. Those Code B players can take on any foreigner and could take a win off almost all code A/S players.
And the latest all-kills were still not such a big samplesize. Players like Stephano or Nerchio should be able to take a win off most koreans.

Well, Stephano and Nerchio both played and lost in regards to your comment about small sample size (remember, there aren't that many pros out there). But I agree with you that they can take games off Koreans, even from the best Koreans. The problem with saying the top foreigners is on par with the top Koreans is that are definitely foreigners that can take out Koreans at the top, but still suffer odd defeats to B-teamers or mediocre Korean players in non-Bo1s...

Part of the reason is as you said, Korea just has so many hidden gosus; but it also speaks volumes about succeeding in Korea as a Korean rather than just going into Korea as a foreign player with a team already, recognition from fans who know about you, and an MLG seed.

(Z)Uhen is their ace I guess,... hope he can turn the whole thing around. He's the third best zerg in China after (Z)XiGua and (Z)F91,

TyLoo is going down with honor! But I don't think they will take the epic comeback reverse all kill.
With an average game length of 7m36s over his 6 games in GSL3, this is a no-brainer. BitByBit pulls more SCVs than yo momma at a club on Mar Sara. ♞

Nice, Uhen. Bringing it to a 4-2!

Let's see how Soccer looks now.

He was their ace player, but you can't take much from these games.
One ZvZ which didn't last long and Dragon is like a C-Teamer. He tried to compete in some european cups and wasn't very succesful there. He got hyped up by his stream (which is really hilarious to watch).

Do you know of any other Chinese eSports site other than Tatazu? I used to go there for news, but my computer had a meltdown from a virus I got from the site, so I've been looking for another news site.

Actually you're like the millionth person to say it, after the chat erupted with that nonsense.

You realize SlayerS isn't fielding their top players, right?

How funny would it be if Uhen somehow manages to reverse all-kill Slayers (I realize the probability of this is less than 1%)? That would instantly put him into the foreign spotlight.

Let's see how Slayers Ven does

Well not all the teams are fielding their best/worst players, so i guess winning and losing has no signifance at all?
