Streaming should be better, as well as adding on a new game. I'm really hoping (and trying) man - but you can do your part to grow eSports in SoCal by spreading the word to all your friends - hyping it up for them to compete. Tweet about it, facebook it, hype it on your stream. Remember, the prize pool is gonna increase if we cap out the bracket, so you stand to benefit by inviting more people. Got it listed on the TL Tourney Tracker too (and the details are actually correct this time), so hopefully that gets more people. Gonna work on getting it featured on the TL Calendar again now. P.S. - If anyone knows mystik personally, I haven't been able to get ahold of him. Maybe its finals crunch time for him, but I just wanted to see if he's gonna make it out - trynna give the top 8 or so seeded players a few perks.

Trust me I've been hyping this to all my Starcraft friends that live in California, they can't make this upcoming one, but hopefully the third. Also that's great to hear about the rapid growth, MLG ain't got shit on us!

Regarding your rank - honestly my recommendation is if you're plat now, one week out, you play a bunch of custom games with practice partners. But if it does so happen you end up in diamond by the day of the event, you will be bumped into the pro-am league (I won't charge you for the bump). Gotta keep the rules ![]() On December 10 2011 14:12 N1ghtshade wrote: Can we pay with paypal? Or am I going to have to pay another 5 bucks at the door? Someone else just brought this up. I swore eventbrite could use paypal, but I'll check it out to make sure what's the deal. If nothing else, I'll have you send me a paypal payment directly to my account and I'll give you a code on eventbrite when I receive payment. And I'm sure the sponsors will be glad to hear that there's a good deal of word of mouth/hype on these ![]()
