Terran can get away with CC first except on Tal Darim and survive almost every Protoss all-in.
Protoss can't get away with Nexus first if Terran marine/scv all-ins.

Why do people keep throwing out the "play to win!!111" excuse? Puma is unique in terms of how often he all-ins. All-ins are generally looked down on because they tend to be much less entertaining. Other Terrans have the option of doing what Puma does, as often as Puma does, but they don't. That makes Puma unique and gives a reason to look down on his play.
