Why not? Because you think it's intrusive or because you don't think the players want to share their heartrate?

It's intrusive, I don't know if the players were aware of this at the start of the tour though.

I don't think we can say that for sure. I do think it is a good idea, its cool to see but if the players find it intrusive it should go, but if not I would like it at most tourneys.

its in the tournament rules actully so they should be

It was in the rule book so if they didn't know about it it is 100% the players own fault

Okay, I wasn't sure.

That's how presentators work,
they are there to rally audiences i norder to make the game more attractive, which in turn draws more viewers.
As well as fostering a reputation for themselves.

If you've ever watched Wrestling, there's what it's all about.
Except SC2 matches are actually real.

60-100 is usually the normal range, 120+ is pretty much the rate of doing exercice

Honestly...... the drawn brackets were the worst (nearly) I could have envisioned. I'm still miffed about how things have transpired... double TL Teamkill, Both Sheth and Ret monsters in their own right, yet they have to go through PvZ Specialist and team member HerO. Such bad luck.. I have no idea who to cheer for. As long as the winner beats PuMa I will be happy.

You don't have to like other games, but you don't have to shit on something you don't even understand. The players in SSF4 are equally as talented in their game as others are in SC2. In fact, a new player to SC2 has a better chance of beating a pro in SC2 than they do in a fighting game.

These discussions and outbursts wouldn't even happen if tournament organizers took a hint and stopped interrupting their events and mixing in content that isn't supposed to be mixed in.

As far as I'm concerned, until they do take a hint, I won't have a problem with negative reactions.

It is fucking Dreamhack you ignorant fool. Dreamhack has been around WAY before fucking SC2. Learn what the fuck you are talking about. Largest E-Sports festival in the world, not largest SC2 tournament in the world. They celebrate e-sports as a whole, not one stubborn ego-ridden community.

I honestly don't care about the stuff you're talking about.

Organize it so there are no interruptions in any events of any games. It is doable, if you have to switch it off the main stage, switch it off the main stage, there's enough space and resources to do both at the same time.

Like I said, you are a ignorant fool. This is the MAINSTAGE stream of Dreamhack, not SC2. All the finals are played on this stream that they can fit. Dreamhack has been run this way for years now, stop being ignorant and learn something.

Ret-Hero isn't a final match. Because of something unrelated to the tournament, now Puma gets 1 hour time to rest and prepare for the finals. Something that the other semi-finalist (probably) won't get.

Again, I don't care about what DH likes or doesn't like to do. Bottom line is, they're going to estimate whether it makes sense doing it like this or not in the future, and adapt accordingly based on reception they get because they're not stupid.

Which is why it is very important for the reception to be expressed honestly. If it's negative, then it's negative, tough luck.

Even more stupid and wrong assumptions. At the beginning they said Quake Live finals is going to be after this, not the finals. Do you even watch and listen or just bitch constantly?
