Please.. everyone is boring if thats the case. I don't think they're saying Koreans are boring, I think they're saying Korean domination is boring because they follow the western scene more, and the rest of the tournament is not exciting for them since they can't root for players they like.
Don't the gameplay create exciting stuff?
What do the players background have anything to do with the gameplay. In essence, people watch for the best games.

Huk Canceled warp gate research at 90% completion as leenock sent lings into natural. You can see in player cam as he realizes the game is over.

+1 I'll always root for zergs first regardless of origin!
I mainly follow the gsl and that's the only tournament I pay money for to watch it because I think it's the highest level of play.
However if somebody from outside Korea faces some power house from Korea, I can't help but root for that one, to prove that the scene outside of Korea can compete face to face with the Korean scene.
