And I'm amazed people are bringing up Major and relating it to Naniwa. nani clearly isn't BM like Major is any more. He is quite BM. Not gg'ing in the GSL is a big no-no. People have lost much worse games and still gg'ed.

Naniwa gets a lot of hate for how blunt he is sometimes, and I can't help but think that's partly to do with the language barrier, his English is good but its not great by any means. his english isn't that bad that it could lead to him calling nestea an idiot out of lack of vocabulary.

He called NesTea an idiot because he pulled the drones to attack, he didn't call him an idiot in general

They're just the players that beat him. To be honest, it's probably more that Lucky and Check are good vs. Nani more than anything else. It's really hard to get a perspective on who is the "best" player in a match-up if you beat player X easier than you do Y, and it does feel like Y is better than X in that case.

Maybe he has gotten "better" as well as Idra has, but the match versus Lucky didn't really show anything new, instead the "same old" Naniwa IMO. Yeah definitely, language barrier might have something to do it. But anyway, no one is forcing anyone to like someone so.. :-)

What the fuck makes spectators think they know all about balance and the players so well just from watching a tiny sample of games played? Well, given that there are mutually exclusive opinions among pros in Korea (Oz says coca has best ZvP, nani says Lucky has best ZvP), some of them have to be wrong. "full of shit" is way to harsh a way to put it, but I would say it is probably Naniwa is wrong here. But then, I'm plat, so what do I know?

The last Bo3 was very unorthodox and both played incredibly risky.

I believe Check has always had quite strong ZvP, though I don't think I would say it is the strongest. So while I'm not sure I would agree (because I obviously don't have first hand experience, or seen enough games) I don't think it is too far out there... especially since Check dropped down from ZvT and ZvZ from what I remember.

I means.. they must have like almost 10 games to choose from atm and it's the same 2 matches on the 2 main streams.. so unproffesional. They did so many mistakes and they admitted it before, but when are they going to correct things like this? ![]() I'm actually glad they are only have 1 match on both streams. Each one of these games are so awesome, I would hate to have to pick between them. Although...ya atm both main streams are crowd shots but violet vs jinro is pretty damn sick on beta2

He was clearly struggling with remember the names when answering that question. He never said anything about Coca so it's very possible he either haven't watch/played him much or just didn't remember to mention him. People act like Naniwa has wrote an essay on the matter.

Not sure, you make jokes if you are talking to a friend or a team mate, but not to somebody you have no ties to.
