Boxer beat stephano and people were screaming that Stephano is Code S quality (Which I think he is).
People need to stop underestimating Boxer, just because he's not Code S or A anymore doesn't mean he's bad.

So whats the deal with code A seeds and Puma? Select was given a seed and he's a Korean on Dignitas, do the same rules apply for Puma as Select, or because Select lives in America and Puma lives in Korea change things?
