Just because you are at every tournament, does not mean you deserve to be seeded above someone. For Europeans and Koreans it is a lot more expensive to come to MLG.

Because the Koreans come for only one event and that messes with the system.
The system is based on everyone coming to every event, because it's how the Halo and all the other events worked cause everyone always came. Problem is the Koreans don't come to every event. They're there one event and gone the next. That messes with the rankings and iNcontrol stays in pool play because of it.
So basically you could have the choice of iNcontrol not being in pool play, or having Koreans come.
