Thank you for keeping the stereotype of elitist Europeans alive. Huk is a top foreigner, no doubt about it. He's consistent in code S and it wasn't too long ago that he won two european tournaments back to back, despite them having players 10x better than him...right?

He was born in the states but lived in canada for the past 7-8 years and has a dual citizenship, his mom is canadian and his dad is american (or the other way around) i would consider him canadian though because if he moved back to NA he would live in canada.

EU > USA comments aren't really that much different from TEAM USA GOGO comments. You should just ignore them.
It's hard to call somebody the best foreigner. But he's definitely in the top 5 for sure. I just wish HuK was more consistent as his micro is astonishing, yet sometimes switches off and gets absolutely smashed by Stephano for example.

Yep What other protoss would you rank ahead of him(outside of MC for his past performances)? He is the only Protoss in Code S other then Killer who did not get eliminated. I guess you could rank Killer ahead of him. Obviously the game is at an even enough state where anyone could win on any given day. Puzzle? He won code A in dominating fashion, looks stronger overall, and is only in the up/down because his group was the 2nd hardest this season (partly because he went full retard and picked bomber).
I'd say Huk, Puzzle, and MC are all even. Huk's PvP is better but I think MC's PvT is a bit better. Puzzle is good all around but not very good PvZ from what I've seen. Both MC and Huk make herp derp mistakes fairly often though. A lot of players do but it seems to be more punishing for protoss (compare the damage of a ling runby to an out of position protoss to an out of position terran). Go up a ramp, lose 5 stalkers to 2 forcefields in a split second (even though he went on to win the game), allowing ling runbys, etc. It makes them look really stupid sometimes because it's such a big deal to make any mistake.
Hero is probably on around the same level but maybe the worst in PvP,.

You know he actually grew up in the USA? He moved to Canada at 14 and, so far as I'm aware, holds dual-citizenship.
