Game 1 he lost both colossi, there was nothing he could've done after that. Game 2 he lost all units plus his 3rd. I wouldn't say either was a very fast GG, he was out of options in both unfortunately.
PvT has to be so frustrating for these guys. I'd resort to making fun of Puma's hair, but I don't want to get temp banned :D

Yeah, but Korean terrans usually stay until they lose every unit almost.
He GGed instantaneously, he knew that Protoss has a come back factor of 1 (I'd put 0, but 1 is if the opponent really really messes up).

Ultra quality looks like un(re)compressed footage, kinda like the "+" option for jtv. There is little difference to "High".
If you can't support multiple streams I suggest you stay on High.
