Well, we are getting DRG vs Top, just in the quarter finals.
I posted a link to the IEM rulebook yesterday, and it seemed to say that if match score is tied, then matches in head-to-head is the first tie-breaker. So this isn't a last minute change, this is what the IEM rules have said all along.

Not like there aren't 3 protoss on the other side to potentially take out DRG (1 of which beat him previously) AND the volatility of ZvZ should KiLLeR make it out. I think if Top edges out DRG he should have it relatively easily, but DRG may be in a bit of trouble.
