They drove to the "crime scene" that caused the downtime. Filming the cable reparations, explained what happened, interviewed people on the spot. All live on Ch5 stream. What more could they do? Actually getting in there helping fixing the cables? I guess if you had prime you would not be complaining. The downtime was awesome to say the least.
