10 $ are a bit too expansive - We got almost every Code S&A Season Ticket for the same prize. Thats a bit weird. So: + Show Spoiler +

is this free to watch?
edit: bo1 is stupid, any of those players could win every match or lose every match, if they wanted to prove who was the best of the best they went the wrong way about it

It's gonna be amazing, but it's just sad to think about how much better this could have been. It's the end of a great first real year of SC2 and to finish it with a bang, Gom is hosting a tournament featuring the best-of-the-best. This even includes a couple of 'foreigners', qualifying through tournament results, not by invitation, and we could hardly have guessed who it would be at the start of 2011. An excellent chance to look back at the year and to make a big show with great matches between incredibly talented players. So, how to decide who's the champion of the year, who wears the crown of 2011?
Bo1..

I'll reserve judgement of the bo1 until it has been played. I get the feeling MVP will get out of his group regardless.

Blizzcup group member win stats
* I'm aware different tournaments and whatnot have different values based on competition and if they're a qualifier for something etc etc, this is just meant to be fun and interesting. I'm also only doing wins becuase if we add in 2nd and 3rd places it gets rediculous.
Number of titles/wins earned this year by Group A members ( according to liquipedia): MVP: 11 Hero: 3 MC: 4 Stephano: 5 DRG: 3 total: 26
Number of titles/wins earned this year by Group B members ( according to liquipedia): Nestea: 2 MMA: 3 Naniwa: 7 leenock: 1 Polt:4 Total : 17
Additonal notes: Group A has both the most wins overall and the player with the most wins. Combined the terrans have the most wins at 18 . IM is the only team with two members participating.

I'm not really talking about it's appropriateness in judging players skills, though you may remember that MVP lost his first game against dBling at the WCG, I just want more games between these players. More is more, goddammit'.

No you don't get anything else, and the current Code S/A is over already.

theres still the up and down matches.
you can buy blizz cup individually i think, or you can buy GSL 2012 yearly pass and get blizz cup for free. With ads are $100 and No ads are $140. i'd bought the latter.

Up and Down matches are considered the start of a season now and are part of GSL January 2012, not GSL November 2011.
