No need to sigh, it's pretty much true. If your whole event depends on a system to be in place that you personally have no control over. At the very least you need to have direct communication with the people who could fix/solve potential problems. Now granted they probably are in communication with them and the fix is just taking longer than it should. Even though one would think it should just be a simple white list of IP addresses. With Bnet though you can never be too sure.
