Don't know if this has been said yet since I'm on my phone..but before they announce the delay, the IPL reaired the bottom 5 (Starcrap as it was so aptly named) plays.
Idra was sitting right behind me and a couple guys from the morning shift (I'm the afternoon shift come find me ) and he was in 2 of the 5 plays. So the first one plays and he goes "are you fucking kidding me!?" and the entire venue heard him and started dying of laughter. Then the second one came on and we all heard the biggest sigh of displeasure. It will probably be one of the funniest moments of the tournament.
Just hope they get started so we can see some games before I have to work :/ fuckin bnet!!!

Given Blizz are promoting the event on B.net you'd think not =p
The automated blacklist as a result of excessive connections from one IP sounds plausible, but you'd have expected something like that to be able to be resolved pretty quickly.
Anyway, time to do something useful for 40 minutes rather than mashing f5 =D

I just did the trial thing and whenever I try to log in at any part of the site ( from the stream or from the ign homepage ) it simply refreshes and keeps asking me to put my details in.
If I intentionally put in the wrong details it does the same but tells me that my email and password don't match, if I put the right ones in it just refreshes but doesn't have the error.
Try clearing your cache, cookies, saved browser data, etc... If that doesn't work try restarting your computer. If neither of those work, you're likely just going to have to wait it out.
