The few casts I heard from them was were horrible, always mixing french with english terms making the commentaries not only lame but also impossible to understand for someone who doesnt know the game.

Yeah I feel you, as a french person who listen all the time to english casts, listening to french casts is just painful. The best english speaking commentators are way more knowledgeable too.
+1 to that, I am a native french speaker but im 100% on Khaldor or TB's streams, those french casters just hurt my ears.
As for the best french casters, I'd say Lewellys and ToD, maybe Zerator when hes not under the influence.

Frenglish is quite mandatory for SC2 commentating. You're not going to say «Bassin génétique» and «Tourmenteurs». Spawning pool and Hellions sound waaaaaaaay cooler !

The Millenium team is quite decent. Egg one team as well. But P&T are not THAT bad.
Some terms are indeed acceptable, like the buildings name (my previous example was bad !) but others like "il contain son adversaire" or "il build deux rax" are rather ugly and not clear enough for a non-player. My french isnt perfect but it sounds very wrong to me ... maybe because I was forced to learn a clean and proper french, I don't know
