As you can see, it's a PvZ guide, but one unlike anything that has been written for an RTS. It's the most comprehensive guide I've yet seen for starcraft sitting at 66 pages in a google doc. At this length, it's more of a reference guide than anything. I think the best part about it is that anyone can find some value in it. We're very much near the end, but we need lounge help! Any help is appreciated and will be credited when the guide is eventually released. Here's specifically what we need. Professional feedback: We want feedback from professional Protoss and Zergs to give the guide more credibility and to maybe mention some things we may have missed. I know there are some really good toss/zergs in here, and I've already PM'd some of you I somewhat know, but to everyone else, please help! *cough"*sheth, tlo, ret, nony, tt1, catz, hawk, incontrol, suppy, idra, huk, darkforce*cough* Sorry if I missed anyone. Any feedback, especially that relating to strategy would be nice. I know it's a long document, so just do what you time for. Also, a one-liner promotional quote for promotional purposes would be nice as well. A graphic: We need a graphic for the front page so it really stands out. Anything relating to the PvZ match-up is fine! Wo1fwood says it should preferably be %100 vector art so that it can scale nicely and not pixelate in zoomed view when we eventually convert the document into a PDF. We want to release the guide in 1-2 weeks, so ideally this should be done before then. Help with vod links and searching for replays: As you can see, many of the games we mention do not yet have links. GMarshal is currently in charge of this, but we need 1-2 more people to help him out. Again, 1-2 week deadline. General feedback: For anyone else, we just want any constructive feedback you can give. Are there any typos? Are terms, spellings, and capitalization consistent? Does the overall structure make sense? Is the guide easy to follow? Does the tone of the entire guide sound similar? Really, any feedback you can give, the more, the better. Hopefully we can get at least one or two people to read the entire guide for inconsistencies. Post any comments either here or in a comment in the actual document. As a starting point, here are some known problems with the guide: missing vods/replay pack opening, closing, and credits not fleshed out also, everything is in a draft stage atm after only 1 round of inhouse editting, so nothing is final Again, thanks in advance to everyone helping out and contributing to the community guide. Everyone contributing will get credit! | ||
