who is better than who is subjective, what is objective is that yugioh won his games. Complaining about cheese is ridiculous and makes people sound like all games should be NR20

I don't think it is this obvious when you're in the booth, when it's a deciding match for your season, when you have to scout 2 gold bases on a large map where Zerg tend to be greedy, when you're already shaken by the mistake of losing your scouting probe, and when you just got stomped in previous game. It's an avalanche effect, he could not afford to lose his probe, ONE drone wasn't worth the whole scouting information.
The more I see DT shrine, the more I think it' should not be build before the 15th minutes or so because dts are better to draw attention and force multitask situation than they are to get a huge lead in the beginning.
Edit : fuck, I quoted myself instead of editing :x

Well that's just terrible reasoning. Like someone calling Bomber a lesser player than Keen because he did that FE to the gold into mass rax vanilla marine timing attempt.
The opportunity presented itself when HerO went FFE and lost his scouting probe, and as illustrated, it ended up being extremely effective for YugiOh. If you want to cry about the map being Z favoured in a standard ZvP then the decision to all in has the added value of being even more unexpected.

I can't decide if this series is win/win or lose/lose for me.
Sjow's been one of my favourite international Terrans forever, and I've been a Curious fanboy ever since he 2-0'd Huk with some cool ling/festor/ultra back in one of the first KR weeklies.
I want both to advance, and I don't want either to lose

I always get so happy when I hear that Takida song on GSL, guys from my hometown (population about 3000) that I grown up with and followed since they played on small stages and garages to being played on GSL, kind of cool imo ^^;

The cheese argument has been beaten to death. Hero should have scouted and defended it, and if YuGiOh saw an opportunity to win the game and didn't take it then he would have to be pretty stupid.
I'm happy for YuGiOh, he always looks so sad, even after winning a game. Glad to see the guy break the curse.

Yep.. Can't remember the last time a Z was unprepared for 2 base dt. Really don't know why it's still being used so frequently as it is such a huge investment. Maybe we will see it less with the cheaper overseer. Definitely agree that it is necessary in late game scenarios to cancel later bases.

It was a standard and pretty easy to hold allin. MC deserved to lose -- did you not see the same final two games of the set I did? Naniwa... well yeah... Huk has been traveling (and not really practicing) for a while now. And did anyone really think Puzzle would win in a group made up of Bomber, Ryung, and MKP?
Just face it: protosses have been losing in this GSL because they played worse than their opponent. Maybe there is a valid case for imbalance, but you have to find an example where the protoss player isn't just losing because they were supply blocked, or because their strategy was idiotic.
Where in this thread is anyone saying Hero lost due to imba? He was definitely outplayed in the games he lost, both due to poor decision making on his part.

I wonder what will happen if Sjow wins. You have the foreign aspect conflicting with the never-ending-terran victory aspect. Will there be a shitstorm or cheering?
