And this is why it's not worth it to buy a player based off a single tournament performance. EG bought into the Hype just the same as netizens seem to only have a 1-2 month max history memory of events.

Puma is good, he's pro level obviously, but Mana has been solid for a while, anyone who picked Puma to beat Mana is just silly

This is so dumb, Puma is way favored playing against Mana.

Why? Because I don't buy into 30 day hype? Get off it - 1 month results are not everything. Look for solid players who post consistent results. Europe is solid. Mana, Nerchio, White-Ra, Dimaga, i'd pick any of those 4 over Puma.

Poland>Sweden right now ?

It's hard to say who's better between Naniwa and Mana
I would say ThorZaIN > Tarson, Nerchio > MorroW & Haypro, but SjoW > DieStar

you can forget people like haypro and sjow to be honest and morrow isnt a 3 top zerg in europe as well.
you gotta compare each of them eachother so im sure poland is better

let's not turn this into X>Y thing, lets just say that top3 european countries are sweden, poland and ukraine for sure.

Koreans do it all the time and they still dominate.

The excuse about Jetlag is getting old.

He played badly and got stomped, that's it.

Not all of them - but certainly a good few seem to just think they are a level above. BW true, SC2 false.

They don't need to train when they're going to MLG, but in european tournaments they don't have a very high 1st place percentage *eurotroll*

European players are pretty impressive, but I still think if high tier koreans like the ones from MLG (Mma, MvP, losira) came they'd have a pretty easy win. MC is good and it's his tourney to lose, but he and many members of his race have been struggling recently.

Pretty sure indeed that Thorzain was not trolling; they are team mates and I am pretty sure that they would be super supportive. And it is not as if he does not have a point...

Double function; will only make Nani train harder just to prove him dead wrong.

Double win imo.

Free money? Maybe the foreigners can get better. I for one enjoy ourneys better when I see the top level of skill. Whether they are korean or not is besides the point.

Not foreigners need to get better, USA needs.

Euros haven't been doing well at all in Korea either.

Slightly better than USA, and yes iam teasing.

Tbh, all the Puma seems to have are mid-early and mid-games pushes and simply loses straight up to macro, long game, or when he falls behind.

While, I agree it really shouldn't be used as an excuse for Huk going 0-3, he has been traveling much more than Koreans typically do to an event.

That's no surprise, when he was laddering in europe and streaming it, he lost like 5-6 times in row to morrow/nerchio as well.
