I dont think he is a "trolling type" person, if anything it was a poke at Nanaiwa like Leviance said.

Lol they predicted MaNa to go 0-3? That's kinda ridiculous tbh...

Easy to say after the games. He isnt so good vs zerg and he is definitely not the favorite vs puma.

To be entirely honest, after Assembly I found it hard to believe he would lose his group 0-3. I figured he'd have a close set with Puma, win the PvP against SaSe and do fine vs Stephano (Stephano's ZvP isn't that ridiculously good). Mana exceeded my expectations by just straight up out playing Puma.

He and Stephano are also practice partners (Thats why his PvZ isn't bad anymore)

Not all of them - but certainly a good few seem to just think they are a level above. BW true, SC2 false.

They don't need to train when they're going to MLG, but in european tournaments they don't have a very high 1st place percentage *eurotroll*

Free money? Maybe the foreigners can get better. I for one enjoy ourneys better when I see the top level of skill. Whether they are korean or not is besides the point.

Not foreigners need to get better, USA needs.

TvZ so shaky, baneling busted and then a late siege and it's GG. Shame, think he'd have been a stronger opponent to have in the playoff stages.

Not to be rude but you have been pretty much indirectly bashing mOOnGLaDe all day even when he wins convincingly....how would he be a stronger opponent when he lost 0-2??

Tend to think he's better across more match ups.

He's English, probably doesn't like us

I have nothing against Aussies, Melbourne's an awesome place. I do get bothered about people who don't take practice or whatever seriously though, it's why I don't like FD and Tester.

One of the posts above provides info about Nerchio 2-0 HuK, so HuK is 0-3

Flying all around the world in order to compete in various tournaments in nice and all, but it seems that it kinda prevents the players from playing to the maximum of their ability. I don't think one can reach a reasonnable level of consistency by travelling all over the place.

Puma did play that pretty badly. There were a lot of points he wasn't making scvs when he had the money to do so, a lot of supply blocks, didn't continue his upgrades even after making a late armory, etc. Mana played almost flawlessly though. His upgrades did seem late but maybe he was just depending on colossi until his third got up then he went into double ups. A 2-2 Thorzain-style push would have done well, I remember in TSL MC had a huge army and storms and Thorzain had a ton of money in worthless vikings and still rolled MC because of his quick upgrades.

I think Puma relies on trying to get some big advantage early with fast ghosts, hellions, drops etc. If you can hold that stuff off he's not as solid a late game player as some of the other Korean terrans by the looks.
