Some basic terminology:

AMS - Anti-Magic Shell, Death Knight skill. Creates a shield that lasts 5 seconds (or 50% of the Death Knight's health, which is around 60k HP) that prevents CC and reduces incoming magic damage by 75%.
AMZ - Anti-Magic Zone, Death Knight skill. Creates a big purple bubble that lasts 30 seconds that reduces spell damage to friendly members inside it by 75%. Lasts a certain amount of HP before it disappears.
Lichborne - Death Knight skill. Makes the Death Knight Undead, which makes him immune to charm, fear and sleep effects. Also allows him to heal himself with Death Coil.
Fear - Warlock skill, caused by Fear, Death Coil and Howl of Terror. Forces anyone hit by it to wander around, unable to attack or cast or control their character until it wears off or they are attacked.
Sheep - Polymorph, Mage skill. Turns the target into an animal, where they regenerate their HP quickly, but are unable to cast skills, attack or control their character. Breaks on damage.
Hex - A polymorph-type skill, Shaman skill. Does the same thing as Polymorph except it doesn't regenerate their HP.
Counterspell - Multiple spells cause this. Interrupts the current spell being cast and makes it so the person who is counterspelled cannot cast spells from that school (e.g. a Mage who has his Frostbolt counterspelled cannot cast Frost spells for a certain amount of time).
Trinket - A 2-minute cooldown item that breaks any sort of crowd control (Hex, Fear, Sheep, Silence, etc.) on you.
