TL is going crazy if casters are bad or delays happens. And "you" having fun that other guys going mad that they don't broadcast ONE match of their game?
Having fun seeing others being sad is a kind of hate too.

Question is, should they try to meet halfway with the wowplayers and show some Warcraft 3?

You would not believe how worse it is for a game like wow. :d
Yep we only have three races to complain about. They have like a dozen classes and several races...

Damn they mad :p I'm a lil' mad too though since I haven't watched WoW since SC2 came out and was quite looking forward to it.
What forum that from? I didn't find that at the normal EU invitational thread
Link!
edit: nevermind!

Why are they blaming it on Blizzard? They don't run the tournament right?

I understand that they are mad, but threatening to kill the staff is a bit out of line.

because why not? Because there's a reason why this doesn't happen in other sports/events? It happens all the time? No it doesn't. do you actually watch other sports? Yes, and play them. If you've competed in anything serious your entire life you would know that a lot of people don't want to be interviewed straight after a defeat. Adrenaline is still going through you, you've put a lot of emotion and effort into to the game you've just lost. You're not really thinking straight or composed. Seriously, pro gamers within in the community have commented on this many times. And always say they'd want at least a few minutes to calm down and compose themselves. What kind of sport does not interview the loser(s)? They usually interview them after they've had time to at least compose themselves. Go down the tunnel, have a talk down from the coach etc... You don't exactly see them sticking a mic infront of the players while they are on the pitch. That's for the winners. And they don't HAVE to give interviews either unlike the coaches, it's to their discretion whether they want to or not. Very often in sports you will ask somebody for an interview and they'll say no not now. I know this because i write a sports column in my local teams programme.
They do not stick a microphone in their face while they're sitting at their computers either. They don't get far of the sideline though. I have lived for sports basically my whole life and I have vivid memories of loser meltdowns in interviews in every sport I've followed. You can't just pretend that's not happening because you write a column in a local team page.
In Tour de France it happened everyday, in most football leagues it happens every round, I have no idea what you are trying to do.

Its good for the game to have PvP, and for people to take it seriously, but they are extremely deluded if they think Blizzard will ever throw them a moment of the spotlight when they are currently holding 60-70k viewers for their flagship esports game.
I think the chick casting it should be given an own3d.tv login and told to get on with it for her 5k viewers. Seems rather unfair to give them NOTHING. Exactly, WoW Arena is "dead" as an E-sport because blizzard favours PVE balance over PVP due to the larger PVE community. SC2 on the other hand is thriving and growing, I don't see why these AJ kids are surprised.

I think Naniwa had a pretty good "warm-up" vs Ret. Nerchio better bring his A+ game.

from the wow forums "Socke hasn't cut his hair since Blizzard stoped taking wow seriously." LOL

this wow thread made my day, so funny

While WoW is a shitty esport (it's a disgrace to even call it an esport), this is like the only tournament for them so I feel bad for them.

Yeah just no. Nerchio is good but hes still young. For now ret is the best EU zerg. Ret is prolly top 5 zerg in the world in this form, behind NesTea/Losira/DRG and I personally think he's better than idra, coca is pretty good also. Dimaga just won Assembly so right now he's maybe slightly ahead of Ret in my book. And I'm sure there are quite a few korean zergs that are better. I named all the top korean zergs. That's true Dimaga is up there also, so it's like NesTea/Losira/DRG/Dimaga/Ret/idra/coca(?) can't think of any other zergs from gsl that have shown more skill than Ret or Dimaga Zenio, Leenock, July, Sen,Line etc? Line was a one hit wonder, Leenock is not consistent enough, July is also very inconsistent and his style has been figured out, zenio is good but I'd bet on Ret or Dimaga over him and I forgot Sen :O Sen's a monster also lol
July's style hasn't been figured out. That's the beautiful thing about it, July can take you into a macro game or Baneling bust at any time of his choosing. He tries to dictate the flow of the game with threats.

I don't see why people can't embrace every games that tries to push E-Sports to a wider audience. Why must it always be a "my toy is better than yours"?
