Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you. |

On the contrary, TvT is the least "toss-up" of the three mirror matchups at the highest levels in my opinion.

He's not. Both games he won he abused the map with mutas. You could easily say that in MMA's wins he abused the map with marine DPS... but that would be equally moronic. DRG is actually an awesome player all-around, which you'd see if you watched his GSTL matches (where he's like 12-1 or so) or the other series he's played at this MLG. Actually not equal in any way, considering marine dps has absolutely no relation to the map, where as mutas most certainly do. Keep the incorrect statements coming!

Prepare for a TvT August! :D Only need 1 Zerg to clean it all up, Nesteeeeeeeeeeeeeea! NesTea needs to wait until Mvp/MC get their 3rd championships. Then he can start cleaning up again.

Other then this I love MLG and the games where I can see my favorite players compete with great casting / production. It has raised my interest in MLG. Quite frankly if they didn't invite Koreans, MLG would be falling behind. People want to see the best. Thats why they stay up to ridiculous hours to watch GSL. Thats why NASL had 80,000 viewers for Puma vs MC. Its why DreamHack invited Koreans. They elevate the level of competition and give the best games. IPL is boring to me now. I love the production and casters and love the foreign players, but its just not the same. I would say IPL is losing more interest than MLG. Oh and MLG didn't bring any more Korean players over, other Koreans just decided to come over for Anaheim. Agreed. Well, that is true for the ones besides Boxer and DRG. But yeah, well said. Foreigner level is just too low except for nani and huk imo. Tournaments without koreans are barely fun to watch TT

LOL, people really have no idea what they're talking about. DRG may be Code B, but he clearly exhibits play capable of hanging with Code S-caliber players. I don't see anyone saying he isn't Code S quality, but people treating him like a god when he has similar results to MMA makes him overrated (not because of the comparison to MMA, but because he is treated like the best player in the world when he's not) Yes he is a VERY solid player who has a lot of potential... I don't see anyone denying that. He's treated as a top 5 zerg player in the world, because he probably is. Terrans make up over 50% of Code S, so it's hard to say whether MMA is similarly in the highest echelon of them (he probably is) because there's Bomber, Mvp, Byun, Clide, MKP, sC, Ryung, etc. etc. This. MMA and DRG are about equal. But because there are about a billion incredible Terran players in Korea, and Zerg have a few (ridiculously) good top tier players, DRG gets all the attention. For me, in Zerg rankings it goes Nestea, who is a long way above Losira, who is a long way above DRG.

Since DRG lost to MMA and MVP(2-1 in both series) it means he's overrated!? Come on people, stop being so fucking ignorant. He's still one of the best zerg's in the world.
The roach hydra thing though really wasn't good though, I will admit that.

So for those of us who are idiots [me] who managed to miss MVP vs DRG, does anyone know if/when VODs will be available?
