Koreans have a larger pool of good players to practice with in their region. Watch idra practice with high level players on NA ladder and it's pretty sad in comparison to Huk's stream. Only way NA will catch up is if all Masters+ league players stop complaining and put work into upping their game, but not gonna happen. For now just appreciate the players who do.

I did not see any flaws in anything MVP did. i think DRG is really good at deflecting harass (think MMA with his drops) but he should know better vs MVP. MVP doesnt really harass and didnt over commit anywhere. you notice MVP just took out bases and stayed by edge of creep with only a few marines sniping hatchs, he didnt do anything dumb like try to take out natural in games 1 & 2

Hearing a boxer chant is always cool though ![]() Nothing matched that MMA chant when he took the tourney though. There's still time, I'll be crying if DRG comes back to win this. Does DRG have to meet MVP again if MVP loses to boxer?

I think this iS where the quick Infestor style Really helps. Going for roaches iS problematic because they're terrible against strong terran tank/Marine pushes. 2-base MuTa, meanwhile, iS very expensive on a map where a SMall group of marines with stim can defend the terran competently. Infestor/ling iS very strong until SieGe tanks come Into play and as such effectively slows the terran army down. DRG played Really well with the cards he was dealt, but I think IMmvp has completely figured out the ling/BlinG/MuTa style on maps like Xel'Naga Caverns and Metalopolis. In game 1 it wasnt even BFH, just RFH. But you are right. MVP delayed the third quite a bit. But I think DRG could have done better with little splits or coming from the gold on the high ground in game ONE. He could have used and positioned his units better. In game 2 he tried to pick off reinforcements and run by with zerglings but MVP iS too Ready for that kind of thing to work. Especially on Xel naga Which Really iS Terran favored if you dont adjust your play to it. Still I gotta give props to both players insane macro. 200 at 16 minutes Into the game iS sick. And it usually looks like TvZ iS unwinnable when you are playing DRG. Anyone WhO iS not convinced should just look at his TLPD DongRaeGu
