Alright, its truly time to stop whining. Stop caster bashing also. Be warned. |
That only says Tod is up 2:0 vs Alicia.
|
Anyone else lose the stream? All I see when I refresh is an arrow like you're playing a vod...
|
Alicia is NOT eliminated.
the 2-0 in the bracket is the 2-0 from the winners bracket. alicia and tod have to play an extended series because they already met each other. So Tod takes the 2-0 with him for the loosers bracket vs alicia.

him playing is basically the equivalent if bill russell was still playing in the nba and beating younger players (not to mention while dealing with a shoulder injury) The age thing is a load of bullshit, you don't really become worse at video games when you age. You just get responsibilities, lose motivation etc and practice less. The injury is a legitimate mitigating factor for him though, obviously. You don't get worse at video games but your concentration, reaction time, and the muscle fibers to preform some actions wear down. It's not bullshit. Yeah, all that happens when you turn like 80. 30 years old is fucking young, dude. Actually, some parts of your cognitive ability start declining at the age of 25
That's actually around 23, your brain is at its peak at 22, but it's all a bunch of hogwash because it depends on the person (genetics) and most of the change is negligible. It's that your body starts to actually "age" after 25, it's basically the true age for being an adult. He's right though, thirty is extremely young, especially since the average life span in first world countries is ~77 and you aren't going to see some steep decline of your bodily functions just because you hit 30.
The thing in most sports is the wear and tear over years of playing, it's not the age per say, it's more the playing for over a decade or so at that point and eventually your body isn't going to be able to deal with it as well.

Impressive.
This, and Tyler's 2-0 win vs. Choya, have been the biggest foreigner upsets so far, it seems.
lol, and they were PvP. Not exceptionally impressive compared to if it had been a terran beating DRG or something.

Also the funny thing you mentioned reddit because there is a post about him with the incontrol/sundance issue.

Oh god, the 2-0 reported results in the thread for Alicia had me terrified, but I am pretty sure that is for the extended series and they haven't played yet. I really hope that is the case :S

Actually, some parts of your cognitive ability start declining at the age of 25 Videogames use a very small amount of mental ability, regardless of how difficult it may seem the difference is negligible. Do you mean physical ability? High level StarCraft is all about mind games and thinking. I'm fairly certain that it requires you to be intelligent and constantly alert.
Also MLG's system is so stupid, can't believe White-Ra missed his match, I know that things like that have angered a lot of pros like ThorZaIN and MorroW.

He's got more eyes on him than anyone else I think, he'd get crucified for BM'ing the worshiped Emperor No one said he had to BM Boxer. Just a simple gg wp is fine. But the extra, overly mannered fake response was unnecessary. Atleast I'm pretty sure that's what the other guy meant. Personally I don't give a shit. Don't see why it makes any difference.
Without Boxer, iNcontrol wouldn't be living the life he does now. It seems weird to say in a game, but it is probably legitimate and honest regardless.

He has a thousand IQ to compensate. Boxer is a super-god with a thousand plus one IQ, sup now yo. Well, duh? Boxer is the god that created all other gods.
