What was he aiming for, a world class show dog cause that is only dog that would cost 3 grand xp.

Every minute you get further behind. Bomber had a decent sized army, but soon Byun's army would have been too strong to ever engage so he needed to attack soon and not only crush Byun's army, but be able to kill him right there or at least wreck his economy too. You'd be right in most situations but the thing is they were both near to max so his army wasn't really going to actually get stronger and magically roll over bomber's. He'd have stockpiled a lot more resources than bomber, and that in itself is a pretty important lead, but he scanned byun being in position with a ton of siege tanks, and if he looked at that scenario over in his head again in a better state of mind there is no way he'd ever think that he had a possibility of winning that engagement. There's just better options to make, and because it took him so long to gg I don't think that that was a last ditch effort sort of thing. He could have looped around to byun's 3rd, deny that expansion possibly, and if byun splits his army then bomber will roll through it easily. I guess he felt he killed off a lot of helion supply so he wanted to engage as fast as possible, but man, I just don't see how that engagement could have ever worked.

Most players retired after they were past their prime, I don't think I ever recall a player immediately retiring after a particularly hurtful defeat. Zenex going for the title sweep! Don't be too sad about missing out on Nestea vs Bomber. Their last meeting, unfortunately, wasn't too epic. There is still hope, though. Byun has played some absolutely fantastic TvZs with Zenio, mainly the two on Terminus. He seems to be one of the few Terrans smart enough to bust out the ghosts. Hopefully he doesnt trap himself against his tanks and lose this time like he did in the group stage. I'm excited about his Losira games since Losira seems to be suddenly able to TvZ as well. On a side note.... Is this the first finals that will have a code A finalist in it? (Not counting MVP since he was in Code S finals BEFORE his code A finals)

Byun - A player with no real weak matchup and have been showing decent results, while getting better and better. Yet, I feel ppl don't think highly of him.

To be honest Byun vs Nestea would be a much better final if Bomber vs Nestea in the ST was any indication of how the match will go.

Very interesting performance from him, being godlike in the first two sets then losing the rest like a low Masters.

To quote... ahem.. ."i answered that question already" I don't know about you, but I tend to judge finals on the games, not the interviews. NesTea might not be the most entertaining person to interview, but he is damn sure the best player left. Would be a travesty if he didn't make the finals.

When you live with 10ish people, you can't simply head out and buy a dog that will be living with all of you in the team house...
