Stay positive, be happy and enjoy the event. Caster bashing and player bashing? Too much whining? Uh-oh!

a) neither player is attending THIS tournament.
b) both players are actually flying from S. Korea to attend that tournament. **
c) it's only ~2h direct flight from Helsinki to Warsaw (b.net invitational is WHY this event is scheduled on Thu-Fri).

actually, I wonder if they had known they were going to be attending the b.net invitational if they would have made the most of the trip and applied to ASSEMBLY also...

**edit**+ Show Spoiler +
Not sure if Nani and/or Thorzain will already be in Korea (F.United is scheduled to play on August 4th) or if they will delay their flight(s) until after the b.net invitational.

I am pretty sure that you can´t play Assembly and BNet Invitational. The final of the Assembly is scheduled to Friday Night. And after the final there won´t be any flight to Warschau. The only possibility would be flying in the early morning – after beeing up till late in the night.

It's funny to note that SETT.TV consider finnish as a foreign language.

Predictions (1st will be named first ^^) :

A : Tarson - Dimaga
B : Goody - Morrow
C : Sen - Ret
D : Happy - Winner of TLO/Sjow (Sorry I don't believe in the no-scouting policy ><)
E : Kas - Grubby
F : Nada - Nightend
G : Huk - Mana
H : Stephano - BratOK

The winners of the C, F and G groups is no mistery at all. Maybe the finns can pull good results but I don't really believe it. But the groups really have the best players in Europe and some excellent others. It should be as good as the MLG (maybe a little less funky due to less Koreans)

Please note, NaDa's group will start at 21:00, not 16:30 as was previously announced. This allows us to stream one more game from NaDa in the group stage.

The group with FL|Satiini, M.Stephano, RoX.KIS.BratOK and aAa.biGs, previously starting at 21:00, will now be starting at 16:30.

That's great to hear, just so frustrating when it doesn't happen =)

Looking forward to the tourney, thanks!

foreign tournament with NaDa = must watch.

I wonder how many people there are like me, who didn't watch the previous assembly,
but marked this one in their schedule just because of Nada. ^^"
(well, and other great players. after not being able to follow TLO in the mlg
because I was busy, I am eager to see him play again!)

Goody purposefully slows games. That's a fact. Saying otherwise is being in denial. You can be a fan for whatever reason you see fit but he is slow APM-wise, and his game pace is low too.

Pretty sure I've seen many TvT's from Goody and usually it includes very.. very.. long game... which usually in tournaments end up screwing schedules...... or do you dare to say otherwise?
So please, go troll somewhere else.

But too bad Strelok can't come, but we'll see return of Sein

Does live audience have to stand behind the players during group play or is there some kind of stage? I read that they are going to have some kind of stage for starcraft on friday.

Just curious - I just submitted this event to TL-calendar - However, I assumed that you guys mean EEST? afaik Finland is on EEST during the summer? Or am I completely off? Throw me a pm if it isn't the case
