Infestor + Brood Lord + Ling Stalkers + Sentries + Colossi In that final engagement, DF Fungal'd the Colossi instead of the Stalkers. HuK took this opportunity and blinked all his Stalkers into battle and one shotted all the Brood Lords, while the Colossi were 'protecting' his Stalkers from the majority of the Broodling damage AND they were taking out the Infestors + Lings as well. What DF needed to do was either Fungal all the Stalkers so they couldn't snipe the Brood Lords (too much Fungals imo) OR NP all the Colossi (best choice imo). By doing this, the Colossi can't one shot the Lings, they can't 'protect' the Stalkers, HuK would have to decide whether to snipe the Brood Lords or the Infestors. All these factors would have made DF the clear winner of the engagement, but HuK saw the opportunity and took advantage of it extremely well. Awesome games. | ||
