Really, do people believe that's how the open tournament went? That somehow Ret deserves to go farther playing like that?
The open tournament was pretty damn brutal from my perspective, and Puma came out of it. Nobody gave him a free invite to the 16th seed, and it doesn't really matter who he has to play in the Ro16, because one way or another the best player there is going to have to be better than the competition. Why act like Ret deserved an easier opponent when he would have to play a monster eventually anyway? We're not talking about seeding some huge bracket so the top players are less likely to hit each other, we're talking about the top 16 of a huge international tournament.
I, for one, am glad that the better player is in the Ro8. No offense to Ret, but that wasn't stellar play that would have earned him a win against any other player.
Also, if you fucking twits want to keep complaining, offer an alternative solution. You know, constructive criticism.
Trying to filter through the garbage that fills LR threads is bad enough as it is, why is always so much fucking worse when it's NASL? If you hate the league, STOP FUCKING SPENDING SO MUCH TIME WATCHING IT AND INFESTING LR THREADS. Shit like this makes me want to spontaneously combust.

Where is a mod to get the live report thread back into some sort of order? I can't keep up with page after page of complaints trying to sift through anything that might be of value.
I don't care what your opinion of this is, if you hate it so much QUIT WATCHING AND GO DO SOMETHING ELSE. It seems pretty simple to me. It is amazing to me that people are basically cheering for this thing to fail, and it has been that way from the start.
I could SORT of understand if all the complaints were from paying customers. But a bunch of idiots getting something for free? Be happy that you are getting that.
1 - This will not kill eSports. And if it did, eSports was a crappy industry to begin with and didn't deserve to be around. It is hopefully stable enough to withstand some technical difficulties.
2 - This will not end the NASL. They have money and everything in place for 3 more seasons. It isn't going anywhere till after that.
3 - The NASL has done some great things, they've offered a format that really allowed the cream of the crop to rise to the top over time. But they get no credit for anything they've done right.

Can anybody explain to me what was so terrible about this interview? I thought her questions were pretty much ok, nothing out of the ordinary.
Did you guys have a problem with the questions having to be translated or what?
For me it looked like the standard awkwardness of all interviews with Koreans in English. I honestly dont get the issues.

These intro vids are so overkill in my opinion. I hope NASL is taking thorough notes as to what to fix next season. I am a diehard NASL supporter but this has been a borderline travesty.
