His immortals were focusing marines pretty much the entire time, I think it could have looked differently with improved micro, but it's very hard to stop its true.

How could he get it to the tank without it being sniped by the marines? The unit is so slow, it has such a long way to walk. Immortal attacking marines was better than not attacking at all.

The marines can hit the immortal anyway. This all-in is obviously very difficult to hold if you don't prepare for it early, but I've never seen someone lose to it and not seen problems in how they've controlled the battle.

Zealots could have got in another round of hits if they weren't behind the stalkers and the immortals could have killed the tanks earlier. His observer was also all the way in Bombers base so he couldn't kill the banshees. He almost held it, so I think with perfect handling he could have definitely held it.

Zealots were behind the Stalkers in the sense that Stalkers are faster units, he just had them further up and kited backwards, they had a clear b-line to the marines. They weren't being blocked. The Immortal could have been positioned better, but if it isn't already in position then trying to reposition it is going to cost you more than letting it attack the marines.

Pretty unforgiving build for Protoss

Yeah I don't think they were blocked much, but its was enough that I'd say it cost him a round of Zealot attacks.

You are mistaken, they weren't blocked at all. If you watched the fight MC stutter stepped his Stakers sidewards before a zealot even touched a Stalker

Kyrix has a chance imo, Bomber lost to third rate Zergs like Moon not too long ago and CFire favors Zerg in this matchup.
