It hasn't changed since, except now you have to throw in Infestors. Maybe it could be fixed if we finally learned to use Nydus. He didn't use "brillant tactics", Idra simply guessed wrong (or didn't care enough and went auto-pilot, but that's not relevant to thsi discussion).Personally I can appreciate high level ZvZ that is shown by Sen. Because it is a very thin and volatile matchup, you can see brilliant tactics being experimented and discovered to exploit small advantages here and there to give him the advantage.

Yup. Pretty much. Might not be first place, but taking top placements is more than enough to be satisfied. But if you know why the people are commenting like they you'd understand.

I really hope that EG stops using their players are celebrities and tries to lean them more towards being killing machines. They aren't keeping up. I miss the Idra from GSL. He 2-0ed Sen earlier in this tourney, right? And he beat everyone else there getting back into the finals where he then lost to the other best non-Korean zerg. I don't really see how this represents IdrA as being a bad player now in any capacity. Losing to Sen 3-2 overall is really not a big deal.

Still cant say who is the best foreign zerg is from this, seeing as both sen and idra can take series off each other. Plus ZvZ is so bad that the tiniest mistake can cost you a game. I would say idra is still the better macro player while Sen deals with early aggression a lot better then idra. Why can they just combine there talents and make one super zerg player. Or at least another super zerg with nestea xp

After Sen it was pretty much an in house tourney. It's not like anyone else of note besides Sen showed up. If EG couldn't beat the no names who showed up at the tourney they might as well disband.

Or at least another super zerg with nestea xp Sen has outlasted Idra at 4 consecutive tournaments (that they both participated in). I'd say Sen holds a small but definitive enough edge over Idra to be called the best foreign zerg at the moment. Not really a surprise since Sen ladders against Koreans and Idra ladders against North Americans.

Ya, now that i think about i would have to agree, as much as i am an idra fan he is just so inconsistent. Some days idra is a beast like no other and other days he plays so bad. Sen allways has consistent play that is always high level giving him that small edge like you say. Plus he is not as easy to tilt as idra xp. I wonder how dimaga stacks up to idra and sen now, he was the other zerg that was constantly thrown in with idra and sen as the top three foreign zergs, I dont follow him but i know he is a high level player.
