Genius hasn't been champion material since Blizzcon, and a safe style is not necessarily the best style in all circumstances. Don't worry, Genius is going far this GSL, you watch. It's the Protoss resurgence, and Genius has his Mojo back. And anyway, for a while the only people that beat him were harass based or cheese terrans. But not any more because he just timing attacks a lot himself now, before he would almost always do 2 gate Robo and that's why he died to Terrans in the same way every time.

Glad Losira moved on figured he would tho.
Though i'm especially excited for Coca he really showed good play today. Even in the ZvZ with Losira he looks like hes improved at it. (his ZvZ was pretty bad, nobody on Zenex has good ZvZ)
Think Coca Ultra build needs some late game adjustments, even Alicia's pathetic and battered economy was able to churn out very cost effective Ultra killing force. Thinking Coca should have put down a RoachWarren lategame, got speed and +1 ranged. Then supplemented his army with 1/3 Roaches, only a few ultras per army to break FF. Thinking that would have helped him trade more cost effectively.

I'll believe it when I see it.
Don't forget Zergs since Season 1.

Coca played impressively, Loisira was better but that was expected :p.
Not too worried for MKP in Up/Down and Alicia remains in Code S so we'll see more of him, I really liked his game against MKP, that whole group had great games.
Fruitdealer should probably be out of Code S the way he is currently playing.
Jinro getting through is good, that leaves us with 2 foreigners still in Code A and hopefully HuK makes it out of groups.
|
I wouldn't mind seeing MKP stay in Code A as long as he wins it. It could even help him improve more as a player than if he made but lost the Code S Semi-Final/Final.

What is this the age of upsets :o Had the games on my television when I was falling asleep remember going wtf in half sleep thinking about how bad MKP is xD
|
Ugh... Did not like that stone age MKP build that he brought back from the open seasons. It's not gonna work anymore.
I feel even worse for MKP's fangirls. They even brought a banner.

Sorry for swearing at you earlier (i.e. 'who gives a fuck'), no offence intended or anything ;o. I forget that text can come off a bit more serious than you actually mean it.
On topic; I'm so glad I accidentally clicked Losira to win vs MKP on Liquibets. I thought MKP had it given their respective records in the MU.
EDIT: 3k, yo.
