Sadly it seems I have to put this up yet again. Any of the following types of posts will be met with immediate bans:
Imbalance whine/Player bashing/Caster bashing/Stream complaining/Off topic arguing.
Stick to the games and enjoy the event and its free services and coverage. |

If not, will they become available at some point in the near future? You can watch the VODs on day9tv http://blip.tv/day9tv That's why I'm looking for replays, I do not have the bandwidth to watch VODs in an acceptable time at all. Buffering 1 minute takes about 20 minutes.

I'm not sure if there are replays out yet (probably not), but maybe this tool will help you find it when it's out: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=171828
Also, there's a good chance they will wind up at http://www.sc2-replays.net/

Don't worry. I am aware SC2 has lower prize pools because there are just SO many tournaments that every is pumping high and low production value into.
LoL games are 5v5 right? Works out to $20k per player, hardly more than the SC2 prize for 1st. Also would add that to match something like the Super Tournament, LoL would need a $450,000 prize for the first place team

wow so professional this is awesome... Thanks

It's more that the LoL prize is split between 5 players rather than the # of tournaments I'd guess...
That said LoL brought in significantly more viewers for Dreamhack this weekend, so individuals getting slightly more for first than in SC seems pretty well balanced anyway.

LoL is a team game so naturally it should have a higher prize pool considering that the money gets split between the team. Irrelevant to mention anyways. Sponsors doesn't magically get more money because the sport is a team based. The reason for the huge prizepool is that Riot sponsored it themselves.

Well, even if the final was bad in my opinion, and even if HuK got 2 lucky win, he still deserved the title with his flawless run throughout the tournament.
Well deserved, HuK finally showing result on par with his cockiness. I wonder how IdrA will feel about that.
|
Finally, HuK fails to disappoint.
Grats on the 1st place! :D
Great games, look forward to the next DH.

Really happy for Huk, not only did he win Dreamhack, but he did it the right way. Practicing in a team house 10+ hours a day with little privacy, it shows hard work pays off. The lesson of this tournament is anyone can compete if they are willing to put in the hard work like Huk has.

Clearly playing in Korea hones your skills better than playing elsewhere. This bodes well for Nani and Thorzain. I think they both are at least as talented as Huk, maybe more so, and I expect big things from these two.
|
Congrats Huk! Great run through this tourney.. glad all your grinding on the Korean ladder is paying off.
|
Anyone know where I can watch Naniwa vs moon?
|
Huk played so well!!! I guess he is Top 3 control!!!

I was hoping to wake up to this
Grats HuK!

TotalBoscuit did the cast with TLO, I think. Might help your search.

didn't get to watch due to being on a monday. Glad to see playing in korea and practicing pays off.

Hey Swedish peoples, do you know if the TV show got a good viewership and the producers are proud and stuff? xD
|
Didn't have time to watch the finals but just checked the last game. So sick how all the Liquid guys and MC were immediately there congratulating Huk.
Big props to Huk, he played so well during the tournament and deserved to win.
