MMA has only played Terrans in this entire tournament! And looks like there will be no chance for a MMA vs P/Z, so if MMA wins the super tournament, we would have done it on 1 matchup alone. Thank god the words MMA and Terran weren't replaced with Inca and Protoss.

ok, so this is MKP last chance to win something big, really BIG... however his obstacle is the new shinning star MMA who has recently beaten Losira and MC... does MKP stand a chance to win against him? if he does so, will he be able to focus -to a point he has never achieved before- and keep calm to and in the finals and win? we'll see about it... however given the other case, will MMA finally consolidate him as the actual king of terrans?-IN THE CURRENT STATE OF GAME (MVP has hold the title for soo long, its almost obvious to mantain him as the king, but MMA has taken him out, and has won almost everything in front of him lately)-... If so he would have done it by only fighting terrans in this tournament, so he would definitely crown himself as the actual one... in any case... the winner of polt vs top... will be able to cope to his opponent's abilities to the point of winning as the underdog and redeem themselves of past defeats?

Who ever wins, will he settle with the title of champion, and live to honour it with consistency (like MVP, NESTEA, MC) for many patches to come???

Mma didn't beat MC in a bo3/bo5(which is all that counters) so I'm not sure what you're talking about. If anything to become the King of Terrans he'll have to go through MVP. MarineKing is a good start, though.

But he's going to lose 3-0 so it's okay.

lol i meant it on a rhetorical way, of course he might have lots of new chances to win a big tournament but in my opinion, given the fact that many good players are gonna be coming back to GSL and many of the "newcomers" might start to get dominant (some have astonishing records like Losira, Alicia, MMA -to mention a few- and still have room to grow), this might be the last tournament where fighting through group stages and higher rounds would be "easy" (im predicting that the next GSLs are gonna be really hard, almost 100% top level players, where there are no "obvious underdogs" reaching to finals -hope im NOT wrong for the fun-), and maybe we will not be seeing him in a final too often, or at least in the immediate future, so thats why i called it "last chance"... sorry if i caused some controversy =S... still i hope him to win

My predictions. MMA may have TvT'ed the entire way here, but it is MKP. TOP is actually really really good at TvT, and even though Polt is basically MarinePrincePrime, I can't see TOP losing a TvT series to him. Heck, I was shocked last season when he lost a TvT series to Nada tbh.

I think that both series will be really close. I'm thinking Polt will beat TOP because hes been looking really strong, eliminating both Losira and Alicia, not sure how good his TvT is though. I can also see MMA beating MKP since MMA is really good, and SlayerS has so many good terrans for him to practice with. Although it wouldnt be a gom tournament if MKP didn't get 2nd place.

Meh, TOP's TvT is deceiving. Almost all his wins are against sub-par TvTers, and most of Polt's losses in TvT were before Season 3. It could go either way.
