Bullshit. Polt outplayed Top so badly in those last two games.

are you serious? TOP played so badly.. Just because polt played better, doesnt mean he played well or deserved to win.

TOP lost about 18 SCV that game, but still maintained a SCV lead rofl

Polt made better decisions throughout that game. Macro can get you that far.

no, TOP made worse decisions. Polt is incapable of making good decisions. the sooner everyone realises hes way overrated, the better.

When was he EVER overrated? I'd say he was underrated the whole tournament and people have now finally come to realize how amazing he actually is after beating so many players to come to the finals. NOW STFU and stop bashing a player who deserved this.

have you even watched one of his games? he plays so badly > <

So you don't deserve to win, if you play better? What do you have to do to deserve it?

you should have to play well to make a GSL final. Though polt has dispelled that myth

Polt will take the championship without any fancy play.

Yeah it's the exact same prize in Won, it's just different in USD because of a fluctuating exchange rate.

The winner and everyone who made it to the Ro4 still gets the same. It's just that the USD has devalued so much that its now worth more in USD. Still the same in KRW.

EDIT: Also the exchange rate makes the prize closer to 93k than 100k.

Why are people still underrating Polt? When MMA goes down 2-0 and then comes back, it's all 'OH MY GOD, THIS GUY IS AMAZING! MKP MADE ZERO MISTAKES AND HE IS GOD!', but when Polt comes back, it's all about how TOP threw the game away and Polt got lucky.

I think Polt and MMA are both great players with weaknesses. MMA has a pretty weak opening game, but has a variety of builds that can surprise. Polt isn't the greatest macro player on the planet, but has really good decision making.

Both players 100% deserve their spot in the final. Polt arguably just took out the guy who has the best TvT macro in the entire world, so I don't think he should be taken lightly.

Neither MMA or Polt rolled over their challenger today, so I wouldn't say either look much better than the other. You could argue MarineKing is better than TOP, but the dude's TvT is off the charts.

I like how you wrote something completely irrelevant to my post. I think you are one of those players on Battle.net who rage over a "noob" who won over you and you say he didn't deserve it because you actually are a better player and made mistakes. IF YOU WIN => YOU ARE BETTER

The only thing different would be the exchange rate. It is the same if u stayed in korea and used won. And if u had 100,000,000KRW from then it would be a 100 grand now as well

Top's macro really ain't that good, despite Artosis suggesting that he magically closes the scvs gap ,what really happens is that people like Polt completely stop making them which happened a ton of times this series, NaDa is still far better.

Another crappy GSL Finals, MMA gonna whitewash Polt, like previous GSL finals...anyone notice how quarter finals/semis are way better than the Finals... sad

Good to see you watched the games or actually know anything about either players. I mean, I expect MMA to win, but a whitewash? When MKP's teammate is Polt, and MMA vs MKP went 3-2 in a sick series?

Yeah, we have every reason to believe this should be a whitewash based off the 0 evidence available for the argument.

Lets be honest MKP is way better than Polt , Based on previous tournaments (1 evidence Derp?), MMA destroyed MKP, therefore , MMA will whitewash Polt. Also MLG champion, and soon to be GSL ST champion. plenty.

MKP is way better than Polt because MKP has a previous tournament experience?

You know, MMA's achievement don't rate to MKP, so let's say MMA is actually way worse than MKP.

Oh wait, didn't we watch a TvT tonight about it?

Yes, MMA is the MLG champion. Yes, he is playing brilliantly and has TvT'ed his entire way here. And yes, I actually expect him to win. But whitewash? When you take off your MMA-goggles, Polt is actually good. The only way it would whitewash in my opinion is if Polt tilts.
