When Morrow baneling busted jinro out of the TSL, people had no problem calling it an all-in despite him making drones during the attack. I'm not saying it was or wasn't an all-in, but the "he was making harvesters" excuse is a bad reasoning for or against.

If he did cut probes and all that and didn't expand it could had been considered all-in. But he made probes and even expanded, he didn't push up just contained Byun and made more units all the time. A very strong one base push still.

He didn't expand behind the attack. He won the game a few minutes in and then made an extra base after Byun refused to gg. If I did a BitByBit attack, killed every enemy worker and then build a manner CC in my opponent's natural it would still be an all in, even if I did technically expand.

game #3: 1 base Void-Ray All-In.
Yeah he built a Nexus in game 3 at 12 minutes, only as an after thought. B Inca played a lot like this too, and he got ass-raped and embarrassed in the final cause he doesn't play starcraft, its ALL-IN Craft.

Casters should avoid using the term "all-in" altogether, tbh. Too much of a negative connotation associated with it and I'm sure they're not intending to disparage the player.
