Not surprised zergs are owning, after all the insane buffs they got recently. I'm thinking a ZvZ final for this one, IdrA vs july

Hope Sheth places high enough to earn a Code A spot since he won't be able to make it to Korea in time for qualifiers.

He's not out of the tournament but he's got a hard road through the losers bracket.

No. He's 2-1 in his group. He beat Moon on Cast though, I think. Yeah, he had that really strange Game 2.

he definitely should of lost the series to moon as moon was in an almost unloseable position in both games but moon just basically let him win by not closing out the game. (no drops in base etc), was rather disappointing. Not to take anything away from naniwa of course, just some inexperience by moon.
I may appear to be an emotionless sarcastic pos, but just like an onion when you pull off more and more layers you find the exact same thing everytime and you start crying

I wouldn't say its the insane buff. If you think about it they're last buff was like 2 patches ago. I just think they're finally figuring out how to play Zerg, just like Protoss players finally figured out how to play protoss despite the constant nerf ever since the beginning of the release of wings of liberty.

He is 2-1 (Slush beat him according to MLG Twitter updates and brackets) and his game vs Moon was broadcasted.

Pretty spot on imo.

If you look at the play style of zergs of early sc2 and zergs of now, theres a MASSIVE difference.

think thats what is leading to a huge 'rise' of zergs in major tourneys (of course players that were great even w/ the 'wrong' playstyle pretty much performed well.)

It's more that there are just alot of high level zergs here. Idra, July and Losira are top level players. Only other players I see close to or at their level are Naniwa and MMA.

Too bad Bomber didn't come. He'd be alot better here then MC

well the "rise" of zergs are the same ones who have been doing good sense like beta as far as I know except for the occasional "new" zergs in korea.
When I think of something else, something will go here

I would like to know about this 'insane' buff and where I can read up on it.

There's a big difference between Protoss figuring out how to exploit various ridiculousness versus particular races and Zerg figuring out how to adapt to all of those ridiculous exploitations, just saying.

Are people forgetting that part of the reason why Zergs are 'dominating' right now may be because its Losira, Moon and Idra playing? As in, it's more to do with the players themselves, rather than the race imho.

I see your point but I have to disagree, isn't the pvz match up like 1-5 in the last GSL matches?
